Our Call Center Architecture

Soapbox Solutions has partnered with a leading Telephony Solutions provider to build our call center atop a powerful and reliable telephony backend.  As a result, we can provide one of the most comprehensive, scalable Asterisk Auto Dialer solutions in the world. 

The Soapbox Call Center is a web-based system that we manage and maintain.  All you have to do is have your agents login and start dialing!  It's that easy. Our predictive dialer allows us to add servers to our dialing clusters.  So we grow as you grow. Our Voice Broadcast Dialer incorporates call throttling, load balancing, and utilizes a J2EE core that boasts the following features:

  • Clustered operation handling potentially 100's of servers
  • Supports virtually unlimited simultaneous campaigns
  • Natively handles polling and standard dialing campaigns
  • Supports transfer, secondary transfer, and .wav file provisioning
  • Basic dial campaign management
